Custom PE Twisted Netting
Engineered from high-quality PE twine, our wholesale fishing net solutions provide precise customization for fishing net manufacturers and suppliers.
View productSpecify the net from the job it has to do, then work through six decisions in order: construction, mesh size, twine or filament, knot, purchase form, and finishing. Whether you are building a container-scale wholesale polypropylene net programme for distributors and aquaculture buyers, or comparing polypropylene net manufacturers on what they can actually build to order, this page takes you from application to a specification you can send to the factory.
Construction is the first line on the request and the one that decides how the rest of the specification is written.
Five constructions are listed for this product: twisted PP, braided PP, monofilament, multifilament and knotless. They are peers, not a ranking — choose the line that matches the net you already buy or the drawing you already approved.
Select it when: your drawings, tender documents or samples describe a twisted net and the new run has to sit alongside stock your crews already handle.
Tell the factory: construction = twisted PP, plus mesh size, twine size and panel dimensions.
Select it when: your specification names braided netting, or the sample you send is braided.
Tell the factory: construction = braided PP, plus twine or filament size and mesh size.
Select it when: your written specification names a monofilament structure rather than a multifilament one.
Tell the factory: the filament size you need, together with mesh size and panel dimensions.
Select it when: your specification names a multifilament structure as the structure you already purchase.
Tell the factory: the filament size you need, together with mesh size and panel dimensions.
Select it when: your drawing or specification calls for knotless netting as the netting structure.
Tell the factory: construction = knotless, plus mesh size, panel dimensions and the knot line confirmed as knotless.
Send: a physical net sample, a measurement photo or your existing PP net specification.
Result: the construction is matched to what is already in service, which removes the guesswork from the first decision.
Use one construction line per net. Where your programme mixes fisheries, split the request by line so each construction is quoted and packed separately.
Mesh size, twine or filament size and panel dimensions are the figures the quotation is built around.
This is the line where the factory needs numbers from you. Mesh size is listed as custom, depth and width as requested, and length as requested — so the quotation follows your figures rather than a stock list.
The customisation checklist asks for the required mesh size. Send the figure you measure from the net being replaced, or the figure written into your own specification.
The same checklist asks for the required twine or filament size. State it in the units your own specification uses so there is nothing to convert later.
Depth and width are listed as as requested. Give the hung or flat dimensions, whichever your installation drawing uses, and say which one it is.
Length is also listed as as requested — for cages and panel runs this is usually the figure that decides how many pieces are packed per order.
No numeric mesh, twine or length values are published for this product, because every run is made to the buyer's numbers. If you cannot measure accurately, a measurement photo of the net next to a tape gives the factory a workable starting point.
Three knot routes are listed, and all three are built to order.
The product lists knot as single, double or knotless. The choice belongs to your specification rather than to stock, so it is worth confirming in words on the request.
Confirm when: your written specification names a single knot. State it alongside mesh size and twine size so the run matches the net it replaces.
Confirm when: your specification names a double knot. This is a written confirmation on the request, not a change to the mesh or panel figures you have already given.
Confirm when: your drawing calls for knotless netting. Knotless appears twice in the product data — as a netting structure and as a knot option — so say "knotless" explicitly so both lines agree.
Write the knot into the request in words. A photo alone can be read two ways, and the knot line is the cheapest decision to get right at the quotation stage.
Raw netting, cut panels and finished nets are three levels of the same order, not three products.
The product is supplied as raw netting, cut panels or finished nets, with custom assembly available. This decision usually changes your own labour and handling more than the mesh size does.
Order raw netting when your own workshop cuts and finishes nets and all you need is the netting itself, supplied to your mesh and twine line.
Order cut panels when panels are cut to a specified width, depth, length or panel dimension, so your team installs rather than measures and cuts on site.
Order finished nets when the net should arrive ready to hang, with the processing your installation method expects.
Border finishing, rope attachment and other processing can be discussed as part of the same request, so a finished net can leave the factory in the configuration you specify.
One request can mix levels — for example finished nets for a cage run and raw netting for your own stock programme — provided each line is listed separately so packing and quoting stay clean.
Finishing turns a cut panel into a net that hangs the way your installation expects.
The last line is the one that decides whether the net installs cleanly. It covers the edges, the ropes and the colour, all confirmed in the same request.
Listed under custom assembly, border finishing can be discussed against your installation method — say whether the edge is staked, clamped, hog-ringed or sewn to a frame.
Rope attachment is offered as part of assembly. Tell the factory where the rope runs, how the net hangs and whether the rope should be supplied with the net.
Colour is listed as custom. State it in the same request as construction, mesh and knot so one confirmation covers the whole specification.
Other processing beyond borders and ropes can be discussed. Describe the step you need and it will be confirmed before production starts.
Keep finishing in the same pack as the earlier decisions. The drawing, measurement photo or sample you send for construction also carries the edge and rope details.
Use the row closest to your application, then confirm each cell with the factory. The matrix routes the decision; the final attributes are always confirmed against your own numbers.
| Application Group | Decision to Lock First | Construction to Confirm | Knot to Confirm | Purchase Form | Finishing to Confirm |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Aquaculture — cages and surface net sections | Panel dimensions and mesh size | One of the five listed construction lines | Single, double or knotless, per your own gear specification | Cut panels or finished nets | Border finishing and rope attachment |
| Fishing — seine and gillnet gears | Construction line | The construction you already buy | As stated in your existing gear specification | Raw netting or cut panels | As your gear specification requires |
| Agriculture and garden — farm and garden cover | Mesh size and panel size | Confirm with the factory against your cover job | Single or double knot | Cut panels | Edge finishing if the net is staked or fixed to a frame |
| Agriculture and garden — poultry and outdoor cover | Mesh size | Confirm with the factory against your enclosure | Single or double knot | Cut panels or finished nets | Border finishing |
| Sports and protection barriers | Finishing and rope attachment | Confirm with the factory against the fixing method | Single or double knot | Finished nets | Rope attachment and border finishing |
| Existing specification or physical sample | Matching the sample | Match the sampled construction | Match the sampled knot | Match the sampled form | Match the sampled finishing |
The full attribute table — material, type, mesh size, depth and width, length, knot and colour — stays on the polypropylene net product page, so the version you read there is always the current one.
The ordering path runs in four steps, and each one feeds the next. Send your application first — the specification lines follow from it.
Cage, seine, gillnet, farm cover, poultry enclosure or protection barrier — plus where it will be installed.
The six lines: construction, mesh, twine or filament, knot, purchase form and finishing.
A technical drawing, a measurement photo or a physical net sample to match what you already use.
The specification is confirmed, then the custom run goes into production.
What to include in step 02
Custom production, OEM work, bulk orders and finished net solutions are all supported for net distributors, wholesalers, importers, fishing companies, aquaculture companies, agricultural suppliers and project buyers.
The factory asks for the actual application requirement plus the specification inputs: an existing PP net specification, the required twine or filament size, the required mesh size, depth, width and length, the construction, the knot choice and the required colour. Technical drawings, measurement photos or a physical net sample make matching easier.
Twisted PP, braided PP, monofilament, multifilament and knotless netting are the construction options listed for this product, and they are grouped the same way in the specification table.
Single knot, double knot and knotless. Knotless netting is also listed as a netting structure in its own right, so it can appear on both the construction line and the knot line of a request.
Yes. Mesh size is listed as custom, depth and width as requested, length as requested, and colour as custom. The product page states that mesh size, dimensions, construction and colour can be adjusted according to the target product.
Yes. The product is available as raw netting, cut net panels or finished nets. Cut panels can be supplied to specified width, depth, length or panel dimensions, and custom assembly such as border finishing and rope attachment can be discussed.
Custom production, OEM work and bulk orders are supported, along with finished net solutions. Typical buyers include net distributors, wholesalers, importers, fishing companies, aquaculture companies, agricultural suppliers and project buyers.
